Agilent Varian Turbo-V 902 Navigator Turbomolecular Vacuum Pump - REBUILT
The TV 902 Navigator is composed by a pump (869-8933R001) with an envelope with fins and a shroud with two fans and a dedicated navigator controller (SQ 337). The pump is equipped with a custom ISO 160 F high vacuum flange.
The Agilent Varian Turbo-V Macro Torr pump is capable of operating at high foreline pressures because of the high speed to compression ratio. These pumps have silicon nitride, ceramic bearings.
