Vacuum Integrity

  • Radiation Shield: Proprietary process for applying and curing flat black paint implemented
  • 15K Arrays: Automated remanufacturing controls to ensure consistent epoxy application for adhering the charcoal

  • 42% reduction in time to reach base pressure of 50 microns
  • 25% reduction in cycles to reach ROR of 10 microns/minute

Refrigerator Performance

  • Expander: Proprietary process for cleaning and rebuilding 1st and 2nd Stage displacers
  • Valve Timing: Automated test system developed to ensure inlet and exhaust valves are perfectly timed
  • Refrigerator Test: Proprietary refrigerator heat load test implemented – more thorough than the OEM
